Prior to Avavie JB was the President of Infineon Technologies Americas. He also has held executive positions at start-ups and large corporations, including: Vice President of World Wide Sales, Vice President of World Wide Marketing, Managing Director and General Manager.

Jean Baptiste has a proven track record in defining winning strategies for profitability improvement and revenue growth. He has a great ability to bringing teams to success, nurturing talents, and driving large and diverse organizations. Throughout his career he has cultivated worldwide relationships with executive teams of global electronic distributors and fortune 500 companies.

Janina is a resourceful, creative thinker and results-driven marketing professional, with over 20 years of experience in start-ups and established high tech companies, like Foundry Networks and Brocade. Her global expertise orchestrating and managing corporate and channel marketing programs includes integrated marketing, brand-building, communication, and sales enablement.
